General Rules
Life at Autopia AVM is based on order, safety and mutual respect. Compliance with the following rules is mandatory to protect the rights and comfort of all users.
- Preserve common areas with care and keep them clean
- Comply with noise rules (especially at night)
- Respect neighbour relations
- Do not damage common-area equipment
- Dispose of waste at designated segregation points
- Obey car park rules and signage
- Follow pet rules in common areas
Moving Process
- Notify management and obtain approval before moving
- Carry out the move during management-approved hours
- Protect common areas and lifts during the move; do not cause damage
- Park the moving vehicle in areas designated by management
- Report any damage to management immediately
Security Rules
- Do not allow unidentified persons building access or unaccompanied entry
- Report suspicious situations and persons to security or management
- Fully comply with emergency procedures and evacuation plans
- Do not block fire exits or emergency equipment
- Do not obstruct the field of view of security cameras
Technical Usage Rules
- No unauthorised intervention in electrical or water systems
- Report faults and technical issues to management immediately
- Do not connect inappropriate devices or materials to building systems
- Do not touch gas lines; in case of a leak, close valves and notify immediately
- RoofTop HVAC systems may only be serviced by authorised technical personnel
🌡️ Heating System (RoofTop Air-Conditioning)
RoofTop Air‑Conditioning System: Heating and cooling at Autopia AVM is provided by rooftop‑mounted all‑in‑one RoofTop systems ranging from 10 kW to 250 kW. They manage heating, cooling, humidification and air control from a single centre. They can operate with mixed or 100% fresh air; a specialised filter provides clean air. A free‑cooling (economiser) configuration is integrated for energy saving. Only authorised technical personnel may service these units.
